These terms apply to the use of our website and to appointments, treatments and gift cards at Q Beauty Centre by HANA. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to them.
1. About us

2. Bookings
- Appointments requested through the website, by phone or by WhatsApp are confirmed once our team has contacted you. A request on its own is not a confirmed appointment.
- Please give us accurate contact details so we can confirm or, if needed, reschedule your appointment.
- Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so that the next client is not delayed; the full price still applies.
3. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation is free when you give us at least 24 hours' notice. For repeated late cancellations or missed appointments, we may ask for a deposit to secure future bookings.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Albanian Lek (L) and are shown on our Services & Prices page.
- Prices marked "from" or shown as a range depend on factors such as hair length, the products used or the time needed. We will confirm the final price with you before your treatment begins.
- We may update our prices. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking.
5. Your health and safety
- Before your treatment, please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or medical conditions, medication or pregnancy.
- For some treatments, such as colouring, permanent makeup, SQT bio-microneedling or advanced facials, we may carry out a consultation or patch test first, and we may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not safe for you.
- Please follow the aftercare advice we give you. Results can vary from person to person.
6. Gift cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation and can be used for any of our services.
- A gift card can be used across several visits; any remaining balance stays on the card until it expires.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Please keep your gift card code safe, whoever presents the code can use its balance.
- You can check the balance at any time on our Gift Cards page.
7. Concerns and complaints
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can review it with you and find a fair solution.
8. Use of this website
The content of this website, including texts, logos and images, belongs to Q Beauty Centre by HANA or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent. We try to keep all information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that the website is always free of errors or available without interruption.
9. Liability
We provide our services with professional care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Tirana, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
